Why would I use Giftder.com over going directly to each individual site?
Once you register with Giftder, you have the convenience to shop from a variety of different stores all in one location. You are able to reserve an unlimited number of gifts for as many people as you like well in advance. Theoretically, you can do all of you gift shopping in the beginning of the year and don’t have to worry about it again. Additionally, you pay the same amount as is you bought directly from each company. We strive to give the greatest convenience at no additional cost to the customer!

How much do Giftder services cost me?
Giftder provides its services at no cost to the customer. As a company, our goal is to make gift shopping as convenient as possible to the customer, and by doing so, increase sales for our partnered company. For increasing revenue for our partnered companies, we work as a large scale affiliate company and take a small percentage of the profit.

Do I have to pay for the gifts when I reserve them?
No, you only pay when we send your order to our partnered companies. Therefore, you can reserve all of your gifts at one sitting and only pay when it is time to ship each individual gift. We try and give you as much time as possible to alter your gift reservation, but still allow time for our partner companies to complete the order in time. We “lock” your order information a few days before to the scheduled arrival date and will send you an e-mail notification prior to that time.

Do I receive any notification prior to the shipment of my gifts?
Yes, Giftder will send you an e-mail reminder two weeks before your gift’s arrival date to either alter or cancel your gift reservation. We will also send an e-mail three days prior the “lock-in” date to make any last minute changes. Finally, we will send an order confirmation with details on your gift purchase.

Can I make adjustments to my reservations after they are made?
Yes, you can change the recipient, individual gift reservation, or both if you like. You can make adjustments to your reservation at any time prior to the “lock-in” time.

What if I forget to make a reservation?
Not to worry, we offer the “Oh No” feature. This allows us to send a pre-designated gift on your behalf on the date of your choosing just in case you forget to make a reservation. Now you will never forget a Mother’s Day, Birthday, or any other special day again.

Can I be reminded about a special date?
Once you register your contact list, you can make sure that you are reminded of that specific date for that special someone year after year by clicking the “remind me” button. This will automatically send you an e-mail reminder two weeks prior to that date. Additionally, you can set-up the “Oh No” feature and send a pre-designated gift in the case that you are unable to reserve a gift.
